Coconut flour 3 cups
Flaxseed protein ½ cup
Dates (cleaned) 1 cup
Eggs 3 pieces
Orange juice from 2 fruits
Coconut oil 3 spoons
Dates, orange juice, eggs and oil put in the multipractic machine and mix it well.
In other boll mix all dried ingredients and add mixed wet ingredients.
Mix well whit your hands.
Whit hands make sticks and put it in the pan whit baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven on 180°C about 20 minutes.
Zucchini 2 medium
Oil 3-4 spoons
Chia seeds 1 hand
Flaxseed protein powder 2 spoons
Sunflower protein powder 2 spoons
Fennel (dry or fresh) 1 spoon
Mix eggs and oil, then put all dry ingredients.
Mix grated zucchini and mixture.
Whit hands make burgers.
Put in baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 220°C around 20 minutes.
