- Melt 250g dark chocolate / otopiti čokoladu.
- Mix 3 egg yolks, 100g dates (no skin, no bone) and 75g soften butter / mikserom izmešati žumanca, očišćene urme i puter.
Mix 1. and 2. add whisked 3 egg whites with the pinch of salt / dobro promešati 1. i 2. pa dodati umućena belanca sa prstohvatom soli.
Add 75g carob flour / smesi dodati rogač .
Mix all well / sve dobro promešati.
Bake in the preheated oven on 160°C , approximate 25 minutes / peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 160°C oko 25 minuta.
This is my version of Apple Oat Raisin Cookies .
Oat flakes 1 cup
Grated apples 1 cup
Sunflower butter 2 spoons
Cleaned dates ½ cup
Cinnamon 1 tea spoon
All ingredients mix well.
With the spoon make little balls and put it on baking paper and flatten it with spoon.
Bake it in the preheated oven on 180°C about 20 minutes.
Coconut flour 3 cups
Flaxseed protein ½ cup
Dates (cleaned) 1 cup
Eggs 3 pieces
Orange juice from 2 fruits
Coconut oil 3 spoons
Dates, orange juice, eggs and oil put in the multipractic machine and mix it well.
In other boll mix all dried ingredients and add mixed wet ingredients.
Mix well whit your hands.
Whit hands make sticks and put it in the pan whit baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven on 180°C about 20 minutes.
